The Nigerian Genius participants were introduced to safety guidelines for using machines such as; Laser cutting machines, Welding machines, CNC machine, 3D printers etc. They also learnt how to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs).
With this training they can minimize hazards and the risk of accidents, injuries and property damage.

Abubakar Musa Omare is a 300L student from the department of Materials/ Metallurgical Engineering FUTMINNA.
His experiences and knowledge in engineering includes casting, foundry, welding and fabrication.
Paul Anumah Omeiza is a 200L Petroleum/Chemical engineering student at Federal University Minna.
He has expertise in CAD/CAM.
Omotosho Azeez Atanda is studying Mechatronics Engineering at Federal University Minna. He is an expert in electronics and embedded system.
A 500l student of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. He has a series of engineering knowledge and experiences which include Inverter design, embedded system, electrical Installations, battery modeling and thermal management with welding and fabrication.
Ibrahim Olasunkanmi Bello, A 500L student from the department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, ABU. He has a vast knowledge in engineering with a specialty on PCB design, RF antenna installation and set up, circuit design, battery modeling and thermal management, solar power set up and Installation and fiber optic network.
Nuhu Ibraham is a 500L student from the department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, ABU. He has a vast knowledge in software engineering and design tools which includes but not limited to CAD for electronics designs, integrated circuit design, satellite broadband Installation (VSAT), Fiber Broadband Network design.
MFON, JEREMIAH AKPAN 500L Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering University of Uyo. His skill set includes software repairs, maintenance and installation. Does CAD designs using Solid works.
