We are proud to have provided these enthusiastic students with an opportunity to explore the captivating world of science and its applications. They learnt design concepts and rapid prototyping.
We are confident that their newfound knowledge and exposure will serve as a stepping stone toward their bright futures in STEM-related fields.
The students were introduced to the fundamental theory behind pressure. They learnt about the different factors affecting pressure, such as depth, density, and surface area.
To enhance their understanding, they carried out hands-on experiments, where they learned how hydraulic systems function and observed how the principle of pressure could be harnessed to amplify force and perform mechanical work.
You can watch a brief overview of what happened in the last Nigerian Genius, 2022.
Nigerian genius applicants will embrace cutting edge technology such as Laser technology. They will carve and engrave various designs into their prototypes using laser technology.
3D printing is used to create 3 Dimensional object layer -by-layer using a computer created design.
The Nigerian Genius participants will create 3D models for their prototypes.
Casting is a manufacturing process in which a liquid material is usually poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape.
Nigerian Genius participants will cast desired objects they need to build their prototype.
CNC machining uses a subtractive fabrication method to build machine parts and tools. Do you want to find out how it works?
Can you fabricate products that can solve Nigerian’s complex engineering and manufacturing challenges?
