After a two-week intensive and rigorous training and project building phase, we are glad to announce the winners of the 2023 Nigerian Genius Engineering Competition.
Team YABATECH from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos emerged victorious after showcasing exceptional engineering skills and innovative problem-solving abilities throughout the competition.
Their dedication, hard work, and collaborative spirit set them apart from the other talented participants, making them deserving winners of the 2023 Nigerian Genius Engineering Competition.
We also celebrate the genuises from Federal University Of Technology Minna, University of Uyo and Ahmadu Bello University Zaria who took home awards for Sustainable Engineering, Resilience, Innovative Design, and the People’s Choice Award.
The talented and hardworking teams devised farming robots equipped with sensors to detect moisture, perform weeding and plowing operations, and utilize artificial intelligence to combat food crisis.
Their innovative solutions promise a brighter future for agriculture in Nigeria.
